An experienced commercial real estate developer based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jeffrey "Jeff" Mathis graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.S. and with a juris doctorate. Jeffrey Mathis is actively engaged in volunteer work in support of Ukrainian refugees in Poland and getting aid to Ukrainian citizens still living there. He volunteers with the Drapen I Havet and One Box for Ukraine.

Jeffrey Mathis has nearly two decades of experience serving in the real estate development industry. He is the managing partner at Crossroads Realty Group and has served with the Charlotte-based company since 2004. Under his direction, Crossroads acquires and develops commercial and boutique multifamily properties. He also serves as managing partner of Skyway Communities, LLC, a company that purchases and develops RV parks in the South and along the East Coast.

Early in his career, Jeff Mathis practiced law for three years at Heron, Burchette, Ruckert, & Rothwell in Washington, D.C., and Austin, Texas. He has also served as a principal of real estate development companies, including Carolina Group Partners and Childress Klein Properties.
